SilverSneakers includes unlimited access to every participating gym and fitness center in the network. That’s a gym membership with unrestricted access to equipment, weights, treadmills, and other amenities. We also offer fitness classes for all abilities led by our certified instructors. Body Tone
Body tone sessions last 60 minutes and work all major muscle groups with weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The focus is on high repetition movements with lower weight loads that produce lean body conditioning as well as strength. Accompanied by the latest music hits, our trained instructors and the equipment at our world class facility will get results that wow.
