Feel free to bring guests. First time guests receive one complimentary workout.

Guests must sign the liability waiver at the front desk.

Each visit thereafter is $10.00.

Child care is available for ages 8 weeks to 11 years of age.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from Monday through Thursday evenings from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. On Saturdays child care is available from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Members ages 18 and up are allowed 24 hour access. Ages 14 to 17 may join with a parent/guardian but will not have their own key fob. Registration fees are waived for minors.

A Parent/Guardian must be present with their minor children unless certain arrangements such as personal training sessions have been made ahead of time with management.
