I’ve been manager of Gym 365 Advance for over ten years and truly enjoy working here. I specialize in helping people reach their goals through personal training, customizing workout programs/meal plans and injury prevention by showing them proper lifting technique and pre / post workout stretching.As a successful Olympic weightlifter and powerlifter I know what it takes to set, work toward and achieve my goals. I use these experiences to help my clients set and reach their own goals whether it be weight loss or general fitness.
Eric Bradshaw
Over the last 32 years Eric has owned and operated seven fitness centers in the Triad and has worked with literally thousands effectively and safely as a Certified Trainer in fitness, kickboxing and aerobics.
He has worked with clients of all ages and walks of life including pro-golfers, football and baseball players, bodybuilders, models and actors. His background as a multiple sport athlete and former bodybuilder has given him a solid foundation of what it takes to get you in shape, lose weight, and be the best you can be.

Jennifer Slogick
Jennifer Slogick is from Davi County and has been a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer since 2011. She currently empowers women over 50 and provides a fun, friendly workout environment. Her clients always leave with a smile.

As a licensed counselor, I understand that consistent exercise is extremely beneficial not only for your body, but for your mind as well. I have been teaching body tone at this facility for about six months, and I also teach body pump at another facility.
